Three Easy Dipping Sauces for Soft Pretzels

These tasty, easy sauces are a perfect as an appetizer or an after-school snack

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Homemade Beer Cheese Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sweet Cream Dessert Dip

  • 8 oz. (1 package) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving

Homemade Beer Cheese Dipping Sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and slowly add the flour, stirring constantly until combined. Slowly add the milk, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  2. Pour in the beer and bring the mixture to a slow simmer, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in the mustard and salt, then add the cheese ½ cup at a time until it is all melted. Serve hot and enjoy!

Sweet Cream Dessert Dip

(For extra yum, sprinkle the pretzels with a mixture of 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 2 tbsp of sugar instead of salt)

  1. Using a hand mixer, blend together cream cheese and butter. Add brown sugar and mix until smooth.
  2. Add milk and vanilla extract and stir
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon
