Rosemary Sage Stuffing

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Bake bread cubes on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until dry. Set aside and turn the oven up to 400 degrees F
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high. Stir in the onions, celery and garlic and cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with sage, rosemary salt, and pepper and cook for 1-2 more minutes
  3. Beat the eggs, broth, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl
  4. In a baking dish, spread out the bread cubes and cover with the butter, celery, onions, and garlic. Gently stir in the eggs and broth, going slowly so as not to flood the dish
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10-15 more minutes before removing from the oven to cool
  6. Garnish with fresh sage leaves
