Homemade Tortilla Chips with Strawberry Mango Salsa

This refreshing salsa is even more delicious when served with homemade tortilla chips!

  • 2 cups strawberries, rinsed and diced
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Agave
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Chip Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl
  3. Brush each side of your tortillas lightly with oil using a pastry brush or your fingers
  4. Cut into sixths or eights (depending on how big you want your chips)
  5. Spread between 2 separate baking sheets
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top of the chips
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, rotate the baking sheets and then bake for 8-10 more or until crispy and golden.

Salsa Preparation

  1. Combine strawberries, mango, and jalapeño in a bowl
  2. Add lime juice and Agave, gently mix together
  3. Garnish with cilantro leaves (optional)
