Cheesy Stuffing

Organic stuffing made quick and easy! Great for stuffing your holiday turkey or as a delightful side dish!

  • 2 loaves of 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2.5 cups vegetable stock or broth
  • 1 bag of organic shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt,
  • ½ teaspoon fresh sage
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F
2. While oven is heating, cube both loaves of spread
3. Spread the diced bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove baking sheet from oven and give a shake to flip the cubes and place back in the oven for 10 additional minutes
4. Transfer the toasted bread, chopped herbs to a large bowl. You can also add chopped celery and carrots but it’s not required
5. Drizzle 5 tbsp. stock over the bread and herb mixture and gently mix. Add additional stock if necessary until bread is moistened (not soggy)
6. On an oiled pan, transfer the bread mixture to the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Take pan out of the oven, add cheese to coat the top and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes
