Baked Multigrain Tostada

Hearty multigrain Tostadas are a great addition to any fiesta!

Ingredients:

Some of our favorite toppings
  • Refried beans
  • Sliced avocados
  • Shredded chicken
  • Green chili
  • Spanish rice
  • Cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Brush tortilla lightly with vegetable oil, coating both sides
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 3-5 minutes on each side or until crisp
  4. Let cool, then spoon your favorite tostada fixin’s on top and serve with lime wedges
