Preheat the oven according to packaged roll directions. In a bundt pan, melt 2 T butter on the bottom of the pan then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place the rolls on top and brush the remaining 2 T butter on the rolls. Bake according to package directions (roughly 8-10 minutes). While they are baking, combine icing ingredients. Smear hot rolls with frosting once they come out of the oven and enjoy warm.
