Grilled Tuna Sandwich

Put a twist on your classic burger by replacing the beef with a tuna steak.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery Multigrain Hamburger Buns
  • 4 12-ounce tuna steaks
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 onion, sliced and grilled

Directions:

Coat tuna steaks with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Place tuna steaks on a medium heated grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Place tuna steaks on a toasted bun with mayonnaise, tomato, grilled onion and lettuce.
