Since we are “Baked on the Bright Side” here at Rudi’s Organic Bakery, we created a lighthearted way to educate bread buyers about some of the not-so-natural ingredients used in at least 9 of the most commonly bought breads in the US. Check out this video, where we asked, “The Sandwich Bread Experts,” a group of 1st graders to pronounce Azodicarbonamide and hypothesize its purpose. We guarantee some new learnings and of course, a good chuckle!
