1 Handful almonds

1 Handful of peanuts or walnuts

1 Handful Carob chips (be sure to eat first or put mix next to waterbottle because they melt!)

1 Handful puffed millet (can be found at local grocery store or place millet in skillet and heat until puffs like popcorn!)

1 Handful sunflower seeds

1 Handful dried fruit like raisins or cranberries

1 few candied ginger pieces (the ginger people make a nice gluten-free brand)

Optional: chex cereal, welshes fruit snacks, candy corn, dried apricots, gluten-free pretzels, m&ms except for the crunchy ones, get creative! Anything goes in trail mix really!!!
