Rudi’s Gluten Free Summer Fish Tacos

- Lime juice
- Red Pepper
- Tilapia seasoned with salt & pepper and olive oil (type of fish may be substituted)
- Grill fish on BBQ for 5 min until done
- Lightly grill your favorite Rudi’s Gluten-Free Tortillas!
- Serve with shredded lettuce on tortilla, then tilapia & top with mango salsa. ENJOY!
