Last weekend Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery attended the Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo in Chicago. Always a fun and successful event, this year was no different. We had a great time learning new baking tips and recipes at cooking classes, and meeting new people from other local and national gluten-free companies. Of course, we didn’t forget to sample all of the yummy gluten-free products either.
Thanks to everyone that stopped by the Rudi’s Gluten-Free booth at the expo—we loved talking with all of you, and hope you enjoyed some yummy, fluffy samples of our delicious bread!
Some of our favorite moments? Meeting Mrs. Alaska, who has celiac disease and is a strong supporter of the gluten-free community. Plus, hanging out with some of our favorite bloggers, Marisa from The Food-Sensitive Foodie, Betsy from Gluten Free Betsy and Shannon from Enjoying Gluten-Free Life.
