Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Ingredients:
• 2 loaves of Rudi’s bread ( mulitgrain/white or 1 of each)
• 2 cloves of garlic (just peeled)
• olive oil
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon parsely
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1/2 cup of grating cheese
• 1/2 cup of gluten free instant potato’s

Preparation Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 400. Rub each slice of bread with a garlic clove. Place on a baking sheet and then drizzle with olive oil. Bake until golden brown and crispy. Cool down the bread and with a food processor break the bread up and add to the bowl.. Add all the other dry ingedience and pulse unitl it looks like bread crumbs. Put into a container or a zip lock bag and keep in the freezer. These bread crumbs are great for cutlets, meatballs or any recipe that calls for bread crumbs. I use them for everything and no one can tell the difference.
