2 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Plain Tortillas
2 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortillas
2 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Spinach Tortillas
½ cup of tzatziki sauce
½ cup of salsa
½ cup of confectioner’s sugar
3 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 450
Cut up two of each flavor of Rudi’s Gluten-Free Tortillas (Fiesta, Spinach, and Plain). Spread out on two baking sheets, one for the spinach and fiesta and a separate one for the plain. Sprinkle both the Fiesta and Spinach with olive oil and salt, for the plain sprinkle a little bit of water over them then lightly coat with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place both pans in the oven for about 15 minutes, keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. To give them an extra crisp broil on high for 2 minutes (when using broil watch diligently!).
Tahzhiki Sauce, Salsa, and homemade icing!
To make the homemade icing combine the confectioner’s sugar with 3 tablespoons of water and vanilla extract to taste preference. You may need to add more water to get a consistency you like and that is dippable.
I bought salsa and thzhiki sauce at my local grocery store but you could also make those from scratch if you want to!
