Tired of turkey? Nonsense! Sure a turkey sandwich is a common go to the Friday after Thanksgiving but how many turkey sandwiches can you have before you throw out the rest of your turkey because of sheer bordom? All you need to do is spark your creativity so that you don’t use the turkey the same way over and over again, and that’s where I come in:)
Gluten-Free Turkey Pizza
1 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
1/4 cup pesto
fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup craisins
shredded leftover turkey
Cook crust as instructed on package, then spread pesto as the sauce, sprinkle craisins and turkey on top of the pesto, and finish with a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted and everything is heated through:) Enjoy your leftover turkey pizza!
