I am not sure if you have heard but we have just recently released a brand new recipe for our delicious Gluten-Free Sandwich Breads. This NEW 2.0 bread is unlike anything the gluten free world has seen! It tastes and feels like real bread, I can make sandwiches, grilled cheese, french toast, bread pudding, ect and no one would know it is gluten free. It is about time someone is able to make an amazing tasting bread the is gluten free, don’t you think?
As soon as I got word of this new bread I got my hands on some and went crazy in the kitchen. Although, some of my recipes are more fun than others, you need to stick with the classics sometimes. Today is a tomato soup and grilled cheese day, gluten free style. You can use any tomato soup you like but this is the grilled cheese you should stick with:)
2 slices Rudi’s New Soft & Yummy Recipe Gluten-Free Multigrain Sandwich Bread
3 slices of Organic Valley’s American Singles
Take out two slices of bread and heat in the toaster. Bring a pan to medium heat, butter the outsides of the bread for crisping purposes. On one of the unbuttered sides layer cheese with a pinch of pepper for extra flavor, then close with the other slice, butter side up. Place on heated pan and book until cheese is melted and bread is crispy:) enjoy!
