What you need:
1 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortilla
2/3 cup of grilled chicken
¼ cup of sliced onions
2 crimini mushrooms (be sure to wash them before you chop!)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Heat your pan with olive oil on medium-hot heat. Once oil is heated, add onions and sauté until lite golden, then add chopped mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Toss in grilled chicken 5 minutes after mushrooms and take off heat 2 minutes later (once everything has a chance to soak up the flavors and heat together).
Pour onto warm Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortilla, wrap, and enjoy!
I personally didn’t use cheese but if you are looking for that gooey tie, I would use swiss cheese!
