A sinful treat that we eat on rare occasions that can make anyone feel extra special. And especially because it’s the perfect recipe to cook with your child(ren). Time to prepare: 15 mins
4 slices frozen Rudi’s gluten free cinnamon raisin bread
1/8 cup milk
dash of cinnamon
Cream cheese – amount to your liking
Toasted nuts of your choice: almonds, pecans, peanuts, crushed or smashed to your preference
Pure maple syrup
1. Whip eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Dip bread in mixture and place in frying pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
3. Once french toast is cooked and firm, place it on a platter and make sandwiches with cream cheese spread inside and nuts sprinkled inside and on top.
4. Drench in syrup and enjoy with a big cup of coffee or milk!
