Curry Turkey and Cranberry Wraps
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup celery
1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 1/2 cups leftover turkey
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons curry powder
4 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Spinach Tortillas
Rough chop mixed greens and celery. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
Add cranberries and chunked leftover turkey to bowl. Combine.
Blend mayonnaise and curry powder in a small mixing bowl.
Add curried mayonnaise to taste to ingredients in medium bowl.
Spoon onto a Rudi’s Gluten-Free Spinach Tortilla and serve with a healthy handful of chips.
