Celiac Awareness Tour Arrives in Indianapolis

March 22, 2012

As the Celiac Awareness Tour continues its run around the country, Rudi’s Gluten-Free is right alongside for the ride! The next stop on the tour is in Indianapolis, Ind. on March 24. This tour is made up of a series of events dedicated to raising awareness about celiac disease and providing information for people who live with or know someone who has a gluten intolerance.

Surprisingly, three million people have Celiac disease, and 97 percent of them don’t even know it! This awareness tour stop is aimed at providing facts and solutions for millions of food lovers out there. Just like Rudi’s Gluten-Free is aimed at helping gluten-intolerant people enjoy bread that tastes, looks and feels like the real thing, this tour is guaranteed to help Hoosiers live a happy life, free of gluten!

What is today’s celiac fact? Well, did you know the average person waits six to 10 years to be correctly diagnosed with the disease? Just imagine the frustration that would develop after driving from doctor to doctor, never getting the right diagnosis. The Celiac Awareness Tour wants to help those people who have yet to be diagnosed learn more about symptoms and how to help their bodies cope, because unfortunately there is no pharmaceutical cure for Celiac Disease.

Come to the Easy Street Studio Convention Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and let Rudi’s Gluten-Free help you on your journey to live a gluten-free life full of smiles. Our fabulous gluten-free team will be serving up PB&J’s on Rudi’s Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raising bread.  Stop by and get some yummy deliciousness!  See ya in Indy!
