Whole wheat tortilla chips are available in some supermarkets, but often are fried and heavily salted. These are quick and easy to make, and allow you to control the flavoring. We love Rudi’s Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortillas. They are perfect served with dips or alongside soups.
- 6 Rudi’s Gluten-Free Fiesta Tortillas
- Canola oil, as needed
- Salt, to taste
2. Brush both sides of the tortilla with oil, then stack and cut into sixths or desired size.
3. Arrange tortilla pieces on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
