Cinnamon Rolls with Plain Ciabatta Rolls

These little treats are great for a Sunday morning breakfast in bed!

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Rolls

Icing
  • 4 oz. neufchâtel cheese
  • 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 4 T butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla

Directions:

Preheat the oven according to packaged roll directions. In a bundt pan, melt 2 T butter on the bottom of the pan then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place the rolls on top and brush the remaining 2 T butter on the rolls. Bake according to package directions (roughly 8-10 minutes). While they are baking, combine icing ingredients. Smear hot rolls with frosting once they come out of the oven and enjoy warm.
