Many of our breads and other baked goods are vegan-friendly and free of any animal products or their derivatives including milk or whey (milk powder), casein, eggs, butter or honey. To keep our doughs soft and easier to mix, we use use only plant-based enzymes, without mono and diglycerides.
What’s in our organic breads is really what makes the goodness, greatness. Beyond the scrumptious taste and soft, fluffy texture, each slice is a wholesome source of whole grains, protein, fiber and vitamins and minerals—there’s something good for everyone.
