      You didn’t really answer her question and it is a question that I had too. How long is your fermenting process? Long, if so, how long, or short? Thanks.

        Hi T,
        I apologize for not providing further clarification! Since we use non-commercial desem and we bake with deliberate care in small batches, our sourdough bread takes much longer to bake than the sourdoughs of conventional/commercial bakeries. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
