Today is National Chocolate Chip day and we thought of a creative, easy-to-make, delicious recipe to celebrate!
This recipe includes our Double Fiber bread (which has twice the fiber content of our whole wheat bread for healthier digestion), semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ of an organic banana and marshmallows. For a less sweet more filling version of this dessert, replace the marshmallows with crunchy peanut butter!

Cooking Instructions:
1. Thinly slice 1/2 banana into circles and place on bread.
2. Place chocolate chips evenly on top of bananas.
3. Place mini marshmallows on top of separate slice of bread
4. Place both slices in the toaster oven for 3-4 minutes (If using peanut butter, just put this slice in the toaster by itself and add peanut butter once bread is toasted)
