Here in beautiful Boulder, Colorado we’ve been experiencing a streak of above 90 degree days with bright sunshine and little cloud cover. We love the sunshine, the warmth it provides and the abundance of activities that can be enjoyed outdoors, what we don’t love? The fact that consuming the right amount of water tends to fall by the waist side.
