Since last summer I have been extremely excited about super foods. Not only do I try to eat them on a daily basis but I also liked to teach people about them, or rather I just say “THAT’S A SUPER FOOD!” when my friends eat some.
On Saturday night I had a group of friends over for a dinner party and before I knew it the whole meal was a super meal. I made a Moroccan spiced salmon with Italian seasoned quinoa, and a roasted broccoli, kale, sweet potato medley baked with olive oil. By the end of the meal we all had capes and were more than ready to fight crime.
I love super food because they are all such pure foods, how could you go wrong with beans, yogurt, nuts, berries, salmon, and kale? Of course that is just a couple of them, but once you start eating them you will realize that super foods are the only thing you want to eat. You don’t need to sacrifice flavors for health, with these foods you get it all.
I mean let’s be serious…why be normal when you could be super?
