This frozen treat falls somewhere between a smoothie and a milkshake, I wasn’t quite sure where so you can decide:) I was starving after work one day and had to think on my toes to whip something up quick. I made this amazing drink that I was so excited for, sat down at my desk and set the cup down on a hidden wire, it spilled everywhere. Luckily, I was at least able to try it so I could decided if it was good or not- it was delicious.
Ingredients:
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Natural vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup organic Pacific pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp organic sugar
5-6 large ice cubes
*adjust to taste and consistency preference
What to do:
combine the sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl with the pumpkin puree. Fold in the spices so that is is evenly distributed into the pumpkin, then scoop it into your blender. Add ice and milk, blend until smooth! I added a dash of water because my blender isn’t very good and it helped to thin everything out:)
Top with some whipped cream for a little extra treat to this healthy frozen snack! enjoy
