Why is it important for you to continue living a healthy lifestyle?

My husband and I have always tried to live a healthy lifestyle and eating organic is an absolute necessity for that.

What’s your favorite way to get out and get active?

Our family’s all-time favourite activity is camping and hiking! There is nothing better than getting out of our technologic world and into the quiet of nature.

What’s on your perfect sandwich?

My perfect sandwich has perfectly ripe avocado, grilled pineapple and chicken…don’t forget the red onions!

Anything else we should know about you?

My husband and I were almost “done” raising our lovely children and we were hit with a surprise…now we have a toddler, tween and teen! Oh my.
