Sometimes busy moms have a hard time getting the right amount of protein and vitamins in their daily routines.
Here is a quick recipe for on the go moms:
1 cup of organic Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of organic raw honey
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 orange juice
Blend on smoothie level of blender until done. Easy peasy, enjoy!
