    We have been looking for a great “flour” tortilla that was GF and after I heard this was coming I looked everywhere , we finally found it at sprouts and they look and taste great my GF son loves them thank you ! Now if you can get rid of the potato starch in your breads we can love them too !

    These tortillas are truly fantastic. Since having to go gluten-free, I’d been sticking to corn tortillas, which are great in their own right, but not really suitable for certain foods). I came across Rudi’s brand accidentally at my local grocery store, and decided to try them, and I did not regret it (egg salad! I’d missed you!).

    The best thing I can say for these is that they don’t really taste like anything. That might sound odd, unless you’re like me, and you’ve tried all the GF breads and baking mixes out there. A lot of them are dry, crumbly, or leave very strong or strange aftertastes. These tortillas don’t do that. They are also soft and flexible, and hold up well to moist foods.

    These are amazing! I used them to make frozen burritos gluten free (because paying $4 for a single gf burrito is horrible price gauging) and they did not crack like corn ones. Thank you!!! They’re very similar to wheat :)
