Happy Friday Gluten-free followers!  As the temperatures drop to the teens here in Boulder, CO keeping the holiday spirit cheery and upbeat can sometimes be a struggle at 8:00 am in the morning.  How do you keep the pep in your step during this time of year?  While getting to work in the freezing temperatures may be a struggle I cannot stop myself from smiling and taking a big breathe of holiday pine air as I step into the office at Rudi’s! Yes you guessed it- we have a lovely Holiday lobby that smells so fresh and cheery you cannot help but stop and smell the pine!
