What we do.

At Rudi's, we've always had a passion for better bread. That's why we choose ingredients that are simple, wholesome and certified organic. We prefer to make bread the old-fashioned way with ingredients you can pronounce. And we never use any high fructose corn syrup, chemical preservatives, or artificial ingredients.

See for yourself. Here's what's in our 100% Whole Wheat bread:

Organic whole wheat flour, water, organic brown sugar, organic vital wheat gluten, organic cracked wheat, organic wheat bran, cultured whole wheat flour, organic high oleic sunflower and/or safflower oil, sea salt, organic oat flour, yeast, organic molasses, organic barley malt, vinegar, natural enzymes.

Here's what is not in our bread. Ever.

  • High fructose corn syrup
  • Chemical preservatives
  • Artificial ingredients
  • (or anything you can't pronounce)

What we don't

We've all been told to look for whole grains or whole wheat in the ingredients list. But when you look at the other ingredients, you might be surprised at what you find in your favorite bread.
