Boulder, Colo. – Aug. 23, 2010 – In a recent taste test of sandwich breads, Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine awarded Rudi’s Organic Bakery’s 14 Grain Sandwich Bread top honors in the multigrain category. The honors can be found now in the September issue of the magazine.
In order to select its monthly Taste Test Approved selections, Every Day with Rachael Ray’s editorial staff conducts a blind taste test using a panel composed of the magazine’s editors, food industry professional and guests. Panelists taste each product over the course of several hours, recording their scores for flavor, texture and appearance with most weight going to flavor. Rudi’s Organic Bakery’s 14 Grain topped the magazine’s September selections based on its high scores.
